Calling ALL Epilepsy Warriors!
On Monday, January 26, we are celebrating 1 in 26 Day (1/26) — a powerful reminder that 1 in 26 people will be diagnosed with epilepsy in their lifetime.
We are honoring the brave, resilient, and inspiring Epilepsy Warriors in our community, and we want to spotlight the 1 in 26 in YOUR life.
To participate, please email:
• A photo of your Warrior
• Their name
• City/town
• Three words that describe them (examples: athlete, artist, student, gamer, dancer, kindness spreader, animal lover, reader, runner, hugger, chef, gardener)
Send to: Karen@scepilepsy.org
Deadline: Tuesday, January 20
Let’s come together to advocate, educate, and inspire while lifting up the faces and stories behind the statistic.

Seize Your Moments ![]()
Life with epilepsy is made up of many moments — moments of challenge, moments of courage, and moments that can change everything. This is your reminder to seize them all.
That includes the moments when you're face-to-face with your doctor. Don’t let those appointments pass you by — come prepared, speak up, and make the most of them.
Use the S.T.E.P.S. tool by SK Life Science to help guide your conversation.
See our resource page to print your S.T.E.P.S. form!
